I created this special meditation for you to be able to take a moment to relax with your animal friends during this busy holiday season.
I see so many people feeling so stressed out with shopping, holiday parties, family and friends visiting or you traveling to visit loved ones, excited children during this time of year. My hope with this meditation is that it will support you and bring you closer to your animal/s.
So, I invite you to join me for a LIVE 30-minute guided meditation with your animal friends. Then, I will send you the recording for you to download.
