When we are stressed, we forget to take a breath. Sometimes we just need a reminder to take a break and take a breath. Sometimes that is all we need to do, but other times we need a little more help and support. If you can find a way to help yourselves to take a step back, it will change your day and your life and help you heal.

When we are in a better place our animal companions are too.
